Florine provides an online flower delivery service operating in Baku, Azerbaijan. Our services include the sale and delivery of fresh flower bouquets, arrangements, and related gift items. We also offer subscription-based flower delivery plans.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Florine is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
All prices are displayed in Azerbaijani Manat (AZN) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery zone and are displayed during checkout.
We accept online payments via Visa and Mastercard (processed through Epoint.az) and cash on delivery. Payment must be completed in full before or upon delivery.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
We offer standard and same-day delivery within Baku. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM local time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe location or with a neighbor. Florine is not responsible for arrangements left at the delivery address after a successful delivery attempt.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we may substitute certain flowers with alternatives of equal or greater value to ensure the freshest arrangement.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we stand behind the quality of our arrangements with a 7-day freshness guarantee.
If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the arrangement. We will offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
Refunds for online payments will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Cash-on-delivery refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Florine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
All content on the Florine website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Florine and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Baku, Azerbaijan.
